Yesterday, Katie Alcock joined Graham and Helen on The Mess We’re In, to talk about her expulsion from Girlguiding because of her gender critical beliefs; she stated she would put safeguarding ahead of the Girlguiding policy regarding transgender issues, if there was a conflict.
Katie has launched a Crowdjustice page and is taking Girlguiding to court on the grounds that they have discriminated against her because of her beliefs, and on the grounds that she raised concerns about discrimination against others.
