The Equal Treatment Bench book, a guide for judges and courts is misrepresenting the law and is against women’s rights. This guidance has led to women who are assaulted by men being required to call their attackers by female pronouns and male crimes being reported as committed by women. We need to be able to tell the truth on perpetrators sex for our understanding of risk and crime, for free speech and for the respect and dignity of victims. The rights of sometimes violent offenders are being put above the rights of women and children.
Searing letter from @CforWomenUK tells the Lord Chief Justice that gender ideology is damaging our society.
They call on him to investigate the Judicial College, training & courtroom policies.
I'm gong to send it to my MP and ask him to follow up.
