Trans rights organisations seek to appeal LGBA’s charity status 

The organisations, which are known for their extreme stance on transgender rights, are appealing the Charity Commission’s decision to award charity status to LGB Alliance, on the grounds that “denigrating trans people, attacking those who speak for them, and campaigning to remove legal protections from them is the very opposite of a public good.”
Of course LGB Alliance do none of these things, but simply have the aim of protecting the rights of LGB people to be same sex attracted.
