Census follow up

For those who wrote to the ONS about the 2021 Census and have received a response, Sex in the Census have provided a template letter for you to follow up. Despite asking to collect data in line with biological sex the ONS has responded wrongly assuming correspondents were happy for their data to be collected in line with the Fair Play for Women legal claim ruling. Sex in the Census’s original request to record biological sex has not been addressed by the ONS.
