Lesbian only events unlawful in Tasmania
In yet another example of the homophobia of gender ideology it is now unlawful for lesbians in Tasmania, Australia to exclude men from their social events. Anti-Discrimination commissioner Sarah Bolt has refused an exemption which would allow groups to exclude men (who identify otherwise) from their lesbian events. To do so would be a “significant risk” of breaching legislation. The decision is being appealed in what could become a national test case. LGB Alliance Australia have released a statement below.

This is after Maya was successful in her Employment Appeal Tribunal this June, on the preliminary issue of whether gender critical beliefs are protected under the Equality Act.
