Professor Jo Phoenix is taking The Open University to employment tribunal for failing to protect her from harassment and silencing related to gender critical beliefs. She is now adding constructive dismissal to her claim and increasing her crowdfund target. More details on this update can be found here.

1/ I’m announcing I’ve been constructively dismissed from The Open University & I’ll be adding that to my claim in the Employment Tribunal. W/ reluctance I’ve increased crowdfunder target to £150K. W/ greater reluctance, I’m again asking for help.

UPDATE AND URGENT ACTION Please write to your Members of the Senedd now! On Tuesday 14 December the new RSE Code which forms part of the new Curriculum for Wales will be before the Senedd in Cardiff Bay. It's just not good enough.
